BioSo, yeah, this is my mini-bio....right. Well for starters my user name. Cozen has been a label for myself and a few friends of mine for as long as I can remember. Basically it means to cheat, deceive, or trick, which is very interesting because those things in no way describe me. Actually it sounded cool at the time (hey, it was high school) and well, it stuck. And the 1138 comes from a little known movie called Star Wars Ep 4: a New Hope. 1138 appears in many of Lucas / Spielberg films.
I have recently moved from California to the Twin Cities to live with my girlfriend, bispiritual (her livejournal). I've lived most of my life in California, Southern Cal to be exact. I went to Boarding School up in Santa Barbara and contrary to popular belief, I did not get sent to boarding school! Actually I’m one of the few people I know that would do my high school experience over again. I went to Collage at Chapman University in Orange County …(pause for dramatic effect)… yes the OC. And no, living there is nothing like the Show. Collage was great because It was here that I met my significant other and she is the reason I’ve moved out here.
I enjoy traveling and have been to Egypt, Greece, London, and Mexico. But Mexico wasn't that great and well, to be honest, kinda scary.
I work with inner-city 6-8th graders who are EBD. Emotional Behavior Disorder. Which basically mean they yeah, hit and scream. Very little work gets done. And these kids are our future. Welcome to you future politicians and caregivers.
